Following up on my previous post.

Sometimes, I wonder why these ex-convicts find it so hard to get intergrated into society. People always say on the TV that we shouldn't discriminate them, they had just merely made a mistake.

If society does not discriminate them, then why does this still happen?

The reason, of course is very simple, but it's not pleasant to be thrust upon in front of your face.

You see, PEOPLE LIE.

It's as easy as that. Whether it be a white lie or otherwise, a lie is still a lie.

And sometimes maybe the lie hurts more than the truth.

But lies aren't always to make you look good. People can lie about alot of things. Some lie about themselves, hiding behind a cheerful facade, to fit in, not ever wanting to let others know about their weaknesses.

And so, this post shall act as a tribute to my blog. Cold Pretensions.

Just because I draw happy faces doesn't mean I am.
